Who We Help

At Keira-Lyn Cuthbertson Biokineticist (KCB), we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to move with confidence, independence and purpose. Our rehabilitation programmes are tailored to the unique needs of each individual, combining evidence-based biokinetics and specialised hydrotherapy in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment.

We work with children, adults and older adults, helping people achieve meaningful improvements in movement, function and quality of life—whether they're managing a lifelong condition, recovering from injury or surgery, or looking to maintain their mobility and independence.

Our practice has a particular passion for neurological rehabilitation and disability care, providing specialised support for individuals of all ages while recognising that every rehabilitation journey is unique.

Children

We work with children of all abilities, supporting the development of strength, coordination, balance, motor skills and confidence through engaging, individualised rehabilitation. Sessions are designed to be both effective and enjoyable, helping children reach meaningful milestones while creating a positive relationship with movement.

Adults

We support adults living with neurological conditions, disabilities, chronic pain and orthopaedic conditions through personalised rehabilitation programmes aimed at improving strength, mobility, balance, function and overall quality of life. Whether your goal is to reduce pain, return to daily activities or improve physical independence, we're here to support your journey.

Older Adults

Staying active is key to maintaining independence and quality of life. Our rehabilitation programmes help older adults improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence while reducing the risk of falls and supporting healthy ageing.
